Move without pain.

Perform for life.

Personalized chiropractic care built around movement, recovery and long-term performance. We look beyond the painful area to understand how your body is moving and what may be limiting you.

Move. Restore. Thrive.

The CORE Approach

We Don’t Start

With the Adjustment.

We Start With You.

Where you feel pain matters, but it may not tell the entire story. Your mobility, posture, previous injuries, training habits, work demands and physical goals can all provide useful information.

At CORE, chiropractic care begins with an evaluation designed to understand how your body is functioning. Dr. Jonathan Scott then determines whether chiropractic care is appropriate and how movement, rehabilitation or recovery strategies may fit into your plan.

The goal is to help you move better, restore function and return to the activities that matter to you.

CHIROPRACTIC CARE FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Questions Before Your First Visit?

  • Do you treat sciatica?

CORE evaluates patients experiencing sciatica and sciatica-like symptoms. Your evaluation helps determine what may be contributing to your symptoms and whether conservative chiropractic and rehabilitative care may be appropriate.

  • Can chiropractic care be used for TMJ discomfort?

Some TMJ-related symptoms have musculoskeletal contributors involving the jaw, surrounding muscles, neck or posture. CORE can evaluate these factors and determine whether conservative care may fit your situation.

  • Do you work with plantar fasciitis?

Yes. CORE can assess foot and ankle mobility, calf flexibility, movement mechanics and activity demands, then recommend appropriate mobility, strengthening, rehabilitation or other conservative strategies.

  • Do I need to be an athlete?

No. CORE works with competitive and recreational athletes, golfers, active adults, busy professionals and anyone who wants to move and function better.
